SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We endeavour to fulfil orders received within 5-7 working days Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for local orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For international shipping you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days for South Africa, please take note of our international shipping policy for orders outside of South Africa.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur; however, you should be notified of any exceptions while your parcel is in transit. If you encounter a delay while your delivery is in transit please reach out us or the couriers, quoting either your invoice or courier waybill number. We do not send orders to P.O. boxes or make use of local postal services.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your tracking number is not immediately active, please check again in 24 hours before enquiring further.
DAMAGES
Menshwe.co.za is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
For international shipping you will be charged an additional shipping fee depending on your country or region.
Please check your email for the payment link to finalise international shipping of your order.
International shipping will require an addditional 2-3 working days for delivery. Deliveries will only be despatched once payment is made in full.
